Lakshmi Sarma
An accountant, and a special educator is a mother of a boy, Raghu with Downs Syndrome aged 24 years. Raghu has gone through a two year training in a printing unit.
Lakshmi's long standing dream was to create a workshop for people with disabilities in order to help them achieve socio-economic independence. Founding SAI is the first step towards making this dream a reality.

Hema Satagopan
Hema, a mother of a 18 year old Downs Syndrome boy who is still in school. Hema has had extensive training in teaching children with special needs and shares Lakshmi's dream.

Waidehi Sampath
Waidehi is a school teacher and like Lakshmi and Waidehi, has been working with handicapped children.
